Food Truck Fridays Returns to the Dixon in April

MEMPHIS, TN—The Dixon Gallery and Gardens is excited to announce the return of Food Truck Fridays on Friday, April 4th. Each Friday, April through September, Memphis’ finest mobile restaurants will serve the best “street food” in the city. 

Menu items will be offered at regular prices, with beverages also available for purchase. Admission to the gardens is free during food truck hours, 11:30 am – 1:30 pm, and shaded outdoor seating is available surrounded by the Dixon’s gardens. A fun opportunity to spend lunch with co-workers, or friends, and an ideal time to visit the museum, Food Truck Fridays is great way to kick off the weekend.

May 16 – Stickem & A Square Meal on Wheels 

May 23 – Central BBQ & Memphis Dawgs 

May 30 – Millie’s Garden & David’s Catering Tandoori Cuisine 



Founded in 1976 by Hugo and Margaret Dixon, the Dixon Gallery and Gardens is a fine art museum and public garden distinguished by its diverse and innovative programs in the arts and horticulture. The Dixon features a permanent collection of over 2,000 objects, including French and American Impressionist paintings and significant holdings of German and English porcelain. The museum organizes and presents eight to ten exhibitions every year, the diversity of which appeals to visitors of all ages.
